Responsible Gaming

Principles of Responsible Play

Online gaming should be entertainment — not a burden. Know your limits, set a budget, and stop when the game is no longer fun.

  • Set Time Limits

Limit daily gaming sessions. Don't let gaming interfere with your routine, work, or time with family.

  • Manage Your Gaming Budget

Only play with money you can afford to lose. Never use funds set aside for essential expenses.

  • Play When You're at Your Best

Avoid playing when emotionally unstable, fatigued, or under the influence of alcohol. The best decisions are made with a clear mind.

  • Protect Minors

TokekWin is for players aged 18 and above only. Keep your devices and account away from children.

  • Never Chase Losses

Losses are part of the game. Increasing your stake to "win back" losses is a warning sign — stop and take a break.

  • Schedule Gaming-Free Days

Set aside regular days without gaming. Enjoy other hobbies and ensure gambling does not dominate your time.

Remember: gaming should be fun. If it no longer feels that way, it's time to step back.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Recognise the following signs in yourself or someone close to you. Identifying a problem early is the most important step.

  • Difficulty Stopping

Finding it impossible to stop playing even when you intended to, or consistently playing longer than planned.

  • Playing with Essential Funds

Using bill money, emergency savings, or borrowing money to gamble is a serious sign that needs immediate attention.

  • Neglecting Responsibilities

Neglecting work, family, or social obligations because of gaming time — or hiding gambling activity from people close to you.

  • Constantly Increasing Stakes

Needing ever-larger bets to feel the same satisfaction — this is a sign of increasing tolerance, similar to addiction patterns.
